Can I PORT My Existing Number Into My LiveAnswer Account?

Of course! We configured it so that you can port your existing number into the LiveAnswer system seamlessly.

Please email support@liveanswer.com with the number you would like to port to your LiveAnswer account and we will send you a form and easy instructions in order to start the porting process.

Information we will need to successfully port your number:

  • Form we send you
  • Active LiveAnswer Account (email address)
  • Latest bill showing the Number you wish to transfer and the Company which currently owns that number.
  • Ensure the name on the bill is the same name as the one on the LiveAnswer transfer form.
