How Do I Use Call Tracking For My LiveAnswer Number?

If you have an active campaign and need to track your callers by category or regions, using a tracking number could be very beneficial.

 

To ADD A TRACKING NUMBER:

  1. Click the NUMBERS tab
  2. Select the LiveAnswer Number that you wish to add a tracking number to
  3. Click the CALL TRACKING link
  4. Click ADD Tracking Number
  5. Follow the step by step instructions to finalize the call tracking selection process
