How Do I Set Up Text (SMS) Notifications?

With LiveAnswer, you have the option to be notified of call by text, voice, or email. To have the notifications turned on, follow these instructions:

 

Text (SMS) Notifications

You will receive a notification that you have a new call. The notification will include the LiveAnswer Number called, and the Caller ID of the caller.

  1. Go to My Account tab on the top right of the page

  2. Select the Text (SMS) Notifications Menu Tab




  3. Enable Text (SMS) Notifications





  4. Select the LiveAnswer numbers that you would like to receive notifications for.

    The text message will be sent to the mobile number saved in your profile. Be sure to update with the number you wish to receive the notification to.
